I have lived in Athens since 1993 and know the local real estate market. I began my real estate career in Athens as an intern in 1997 and was licensed in 1998. My father was a real estate attorney in Griffin, Georgia for 25 years. He taught me at an early age how to deal with people fairly and always take the high road in negotiations. Athens is a growing community. We are seeing more influence from Atlanta with Highway 316 completed in the late 1990s. Athens is close to the mountains, has a vibrant downtown, and a very active lifestyle. Everyone loves Athens. Its charm and Southern classic style draw more residents and businesses every year.
